I hate the forced UWP/Metro/Tablet UI in Windows 10/11, I wish they kept at least the Control Panel.

I think you could mod the dialog to look like the Windows 7 - Windows 10 1607 one, but I'm not sure.

Working on de-metroifing the Windows UI (and maybe making it 100% usable without DWM)

It's open source, so it is likely possible.

bran: working on a C++ app which enables the classic theme. i want it to be out of the way, unlike SCT which is very invasive. currently have the base functionality working in win 11!!! Mar 21, 2023 12:14:20 GMT -8
