how do i customize my windows 7 to look like windows 2000?

i might be dumb for saying this.

i have windows 7 (8.1 and 10 run like garbage) on my computer and i wanted to customize it so that it looked like windows xp.

yeah i can just right click and go to personalize and quickly change the theme to Windows Classic but it won't feel right, because of the modern stuff, like for example, the explorer.

any help would be apperciated.
