I have been wondering if there's a way to fix this bug that when you use classic/open shell while having a windowblinds theme applied, this happens. Any Solutions becomes I do have Start 10 but I don't like using it as much

I hate the forced UWP/Metro/Tablet UI in Windows 10, I wish they kept at least the Control Panel.

There is no solution but to use Classic Shell 4.3.0. You can export your Open-Shell configuration settings using the "Backup" menu and import it into Classic Shell 4.3.0 without any issues. I've heard of Open-Shell trying to fix that, but as far as I can tell, it either hasn't been started yet, doesn't work, or it has been cancelled.
