I hate the forced UWP/Metro/Tablet UI in Windows 10/11, I wish they kept at least the Control Panel.

You can modify shell32.dll, but only on Windows 7. If you are on 1903 or up then modify C:\Windows\SystemResources\shell32.dll.mun instead.

Working on de-metroifing the Windows UI (and maybe making it 100% usable without DWM)
