I've also come across this option in classic shell, although it doesn't work because of the feature not originally being a thing in windows 10. But is there a way to actually enable it?

I hate the forced UWP/Metro/Tablet UI in Windows 10, I wish they kept at least the Control Panel.

You HAVE to restart explorer, which will break the taskbar. Use this instead (only that it doesn't follow colour scheme): www.classicshell.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=3131
