So, I'm using Open Shell (Classic Shell) for my taskbar which functions exactly as expected without the classic theme but once enabled it completely glitches as seen in the images, is there any way to fix this.

What is your OS? I have no problem under Windows 8.1

I hate the forced UWP/Metro/Tablet UI in Windows 10, I wish they kept at least the Control Panel.

What is your OS? I have no problem under Windows 8.1 I can tell it's Windows 10 just from the taskbar, I think OP is starting the Classic Theme before explorer or just simply restarting explorer. There's nothing we can do about it.
