Is it possible to change Open-Shells width?

I wanted my start menu look like Windows 2000 SP4 with the "Set Program Access and Defaults" thing above Windows Update. Which makes the Start menu wide.


^ But it does that and goes to another line. When I want it to look like this.



Any help?

Edit: I had downgraded to Classic Shell 4.3.0 and fixed it.
