I like them both tbh. I mean given the choice I would probably pick the Windows Classic theme, but the KDE3 style is just the right mix of a simple interface, and something with some decorations.
I've messed around with a few different window managers on Linux, and I was actually able to recreate the Windows Classic theme pretty accurately in Metacity without the use of any bitmaps (the DE I was using was KDE4, and I'm not super huge on KDE4's Window Manager). I could provide a download link if anyone's interested, though I'll probably post that in The Linux Board.
But I must admit, I could go either way on Linux. I mean Windows Classic worked pretty well, but something like the KDE3 theme actually feels really... natural on Linux. I usually end up switching between different themes on Linux, because there are so many options available. On Windows, I usually use the classic theme, but I wouldn't mind a KDE3 theme for Windows.

Well, here's what I'm using on my linux machine right now - a tiling window manager.

This looks wild, reminds me of Apple II. What flavor of Linux is this?
