It just needs 2 DLLs, but it can be hard to see them at first with something like Dependency Walker, the Narrator is a .NET application. So I looked at dnSpy to find them out. It needs .NET FX 3.5, so make sure you can install that. Alternatively you can try setting the UseLatestCLR key. If you rely on the Narrator on UAC/Login screen, don't replace the system32 version with this, as it doesn't have UIACCESS, so it may not work there. Attachments:Desktop.7z (326.8 KB)

The only thing I noticed is that if you go to “properties”, it will voice them in your language. well, i want to get the polish exe, but when i change it, i just get an error (i can quickly recreate it if you want). but, the narrator voice (that is in polish) reads the english text, so it kinda works. it's sad that there is no .exe.mui for narrator, would make the job 10000% easier. |

ну, я хочу получить польский exe-файл, но когда я его меняю, я просто получаю ошибку (я могу быстро воссоздать ее, если хотите). но голос диктора (на польском языке) читает английский текст, так что это вроде как работает. грустно, что нет .exe.mui для диктора, это облегчило бы работу на 10000%.
