Is there way to enable it on Windows Server 2019 or 2022? I installed Quero Toolbar and Openshell Explorer but the toolbar is not present there...way to fix it? |

Sometimes the toolbars aren't available for no apparent reason (it has nothing to do with the server versions). But it could help to open internet options and make sure that these addons are enabled.
You'll find the options dialog either directly in Internet Explorer or you can also find it as a control panel applet.
