Is there an alternative to EP's Classic mitigations?

I don't want to use ExplorerPatcher because it disables my File Explorer's glass look on the navigation bar and I've heard that it can be used to fix the taskbar's look when we want to enable classic theme on Windows 10, because by default, it's broken. Are there any alternatives such as Windhawk mods to fix this issue? I know I can use stuff like Retrobar, but I also wanna use the newer taskbar functionality of Windows 7-10 just like you could in Windows 7 with the classic theme
