Control panel will never be the same with Windowblinds, since it overrides the sidebar to white. A few people know how to change it with 7tsp but they haven't responded when asked how. Then, you can't restore category view links. It'll only be the same in large or small view, or after clicking the main category view links.

hello, im trying to convert windows 11 to windows 7. how do i get the old control panle menu items back and how do i build a theme for windows blinds? I would just say to not use windowblinds, it's a terrible software. I'll break almost all other programs that one would use to theme other areas of windows, like startallback for instance. Use normal msstyle themes, it'll do a better job, trust me. If you REALLY want to have the aero effect back you can (sort of) do it with mica for everyone.

Msstyle themes has the same button layout as regular windows 10\11 ad mica for everyone doesnt have an aero glass only modern effects

Ittr managed to patch UDWM in Windows 11 22H2, in order to obtain borders. If we consider this with Dulappy's research, Windows Blind is really not required to get a Windows 7 theme in Windows 11.
