Windows NT 5.0 Setup

A few months ago I posted my first setup on this forum. I used Windows 10 Education as customization for my XP Setup.
But an few months later, I got bored of my XP Setup, so I reinstalled Windows 10 1903 with IoT Enterprise. This time as an NT 5.0 setup, because I like the Windows 2000 beta look. Such as Build 1877 and 1796.
There one bug that Desktop icons text doesnt work some reason. I tried Enabling and disabling "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop" but it doesnt work. Even Iconoid doesnt work. So if you find an fix, let me know.
