Windows 7 theme for Windows 10 - no Vista titlebar columns

Just aero7 msstyles for Windows 10 [tested on LTSC 2019 (1809)]
aero7.msstyles is the one that matters others are test/backup
Can't believe that noone has published it or it hasn't got a good search ranking in all these years
NOTE: this is still not perfect for a few reasons, including that highlighting/pressing the column effect is not w7 effect/shows a little glitchy, as well as the titlebar columns in task manager are not with the Vista titlebar like the Windows 7 task manager would have.
