Disable dark mode only for explorer

Is it possible to disable dark mode only for explorer (or only for Win32 programs) ?
Or, to make UWP applications believe that dark mode is activated.
Indeed, dark mode in Win32 programs is awful, useless (third-party dark visual styles exist), and prevents certain colors from being changed properly.
