The old Unplug or Eject Hardware dialog is still present in Windows, here are two ways to access it:

1. Run the following command: C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll

2. Rename hotplug.dll and its .mui to hotplug.cpl and hotplug.cpl.mui and place them into System32, it will show as a Control Panel entry then

This color scheme is contained in schemes.reg : www.winclassic.net/thread/88/favorite-themes

Of course, you have to activate the classic theme or the high contrast mode to get the right colors. And only classic theme can render button shape, menu space and title bar gradient.

What if your system does not have the "hotplug.mui" file?

Edit (Nov. 7, 2022 at 7:32 PM): I don't really see the item on the Control Panel. Did I do something wrong?

Edit (Nov. 7, 2022 at 7:48 PM): I see it now, but (1) it has no name and (2) it does not run the program associated with it.
