I modified the source code of kbswitch.exe from ReactOS.

Differences that are not in ReactOS kbswitch.exe:

1. The font in the system tray icon uses the "Icon" metric (so it behaves more like in 2000)

2. Radio indicators have replaced the checkmark indicators
