By default, userChrome.css modifications are disabled in Firefox. You need to make sure that on the about:config page in Firefox, the toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets preference is set to true and then restart the browser. Remember to create the folder chrome inside your profile im using firefox portable so it is D:\usb\FirefoxPortable\Data\profile i think the installed version puts it in appdata or something.
here is my theme for firefox 95

I got it to work. Here's what it should look like. $User\appdata\roaming\mozilla\firefox\profiles\%whatever your most recently modified profile is%\chrome <menu type="context" id="fcltHTML5Menu1"><menuitem command="context" label="Textise it"></menuitem></menu>

It's another IE5 theme, this time with the address bar below the navigation bar (where it belongs, if you ask me). Apart from that I've also added a small download window (as it was normal for Firefox for many years).
Unfortunately it requires so called scripts to work (not only css files).
If someone wants it, I might collect all the files necessary and write a little readme file and upload it somewhere.
