Is there a way to recreate the Windows 7 Logon Screen?

I want to see the win7 logon screen back, but i can't downgrade to windows 7 because i don't use unsupported operating systems, i remember i saw a user named Windows 10 to 7 created a windows 7 fork from cls/xp when i tried to run it in classic logon shell, it just loads and it doesn't do anything then it crashes, is there another way to recreate the  windows 7 logon screen?
