I remember hearing about DOS Games being able to run in XP, does the Sonic Mania Port run on XP?

Not sure about a MS-DOS port, but I know someone did make a modified version of the Decomp that works on WXP. I'd need to track it down though, as it was quite a while ago that I saw it. EDIT: I can't find it. But to answer your original question - if all else fails, run it in DOSBox.
