how did you get the os9 bar on bottom?

Oh hey speaking of the theme.
MacPC(WB Theme) didn't work for Explorer. BTW
Where can I get it from WindowBlinds Theme
So That It will work for Explorer? |

I know MacPC was made in 1999 and older themes didn't work.

if you mean WBtheme like OS8/9 working there is one called 'Classic8'
