Is there a file explorer that can save separate layouts for the each folder with classic theme?
I'm tired of deailng Windows 10 2019 Update (1903) File Explorer. The explorer always resetting my custom layouts on folders and, sometimes crashing for if I while looking some files. (I guess this files: .MOD, .WEBP, .MKV, .OGG)
I tried Explorer++, but it doesn't save separate layouts for the each folder and I tried 2xExplorer Z1 and same problem like Explorer++.

Saint Jimmy: hayafumi Not quite, as you'd end up having to replace many a component to get it to function (Explorer is fairly deeply ingrained in Windows's internals), at which point you may as well install 2000 and call it a day.

powerplayer: Hayafumi xwinshell kinda works nice if you use it to browse files
