Does handle support other features that m$ removed? such as classic taskbar settings or fixing desk.cpl?

Does handle support other features that m$ removed? such as classic taskbar settings or fixing desk.cpl? No, it mostly only changes things with Object Handles, such as permissions and stuff. |

No, it mostly only changes things with Object Handles, such as permissions and stuff. It cannot change permissions, it can only delete a handle, which these scripts do. |
