bran: working on a C++ app which enables the classic theme. i want it to be out of the way, unlike SCT which is very invasive. currently have the base functionality working in win 11!!!

bran: SCT contains quite a few dialogs that open on startup. There might be a way to disable them but I still don't like all that baggage running at startup
