Using "Debugger" trick for Msconfig

There is Classic Msconfig distributed by WinAero.
When installed, it creates a new entry under "Administration" folder in Control panel and needs UAC to run. The new menu entry is always in English.
So, I decided to use the same trick as for TaskManager but apply it to Msconfig.
Now, when starting "system configuration" from its usual menu entry, it starts Classic system configuration, and without UAC prompt. There is no need for two menu entries any more.
