I bet it's Vistalike for Open-Shell My bet's on StartIsBack. OpenShell (plus RetroBar) would have overlap on the start orb, plus only StartIsBack attaches same-process taskbar buttons like that. same too I'm using it. I wish I had a skin with unique buttons like Shutdown and Lock in start menu using StartIsBack++, like in Vista. I only had "Shut down" button from Windows 7 on Start Menu using Aero10 Vista theme.

Ahh I tried that out myself and it had a bit of jank with it getting confused which menu to open sometimes.. hmm. May be worth another shot.
