If, for some reason, the toolbar name being Classic Explorer Bar bothered you, and you want to change it, you need to go to

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{553891B7-A0D5-4526-BE18-D3CE461D6310}

and change the (Default) to whatever you want
