Restoring Command Prompt's missing translations

Have you ever noticed, that despite your Windows being in a foreign language, all the messages in the Command Prompt remain in English? Additionally, if you go back to Windows 7, you'll notice that the messages are translated correctly. So, what the hell happened?
As i found out, since Windows 8 (or 8.1) Microsoft didn't bother to include the translations for Command Prompt for foreign languages (at least for Polish). It is possible to restore these.
You will need a copy of cmd.exe.mui from your language's Windows 7 ISO.
Copy the cmd.exe.mui from en-us to the Desktop, or another location.
Open it in Resource Hacker, then go to Action, then Add from a resource file. Select the cmd.exe.mui that you extracted from your language's Windows 7 ISO. (change file type to All Files)
Check Message Table, and select Overwrite
Now, you will have two message tables. Delete the one that's 1033. This should leave you only with the messages in your language.
Right-click the message table entry on the left side, then click change laguage. In the Lang. ID box type in 1033
Save the file, and replace the one that's in en-us (do not place it in your language's folder)
If you did it correctly, the messages (when typing a wrong command for example) should be in your language.
