I live in Beograd, Serbia and I am at a cousins house in the USA. And when I try to use this site at home it is not letting me on to the website. Because of my IP address please consider unblocking in serbia. Please, just because we have a lot of hacking people does not mean we are all bad. I love theming Windows 10 operating system and 7 8 and 11 and XP to. Please consider this. Thank you - Leon

WinClassic has never denied access to any specific country/region, so kakureta is correct about this most likely being a ProBoards issue. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about that. So sorry for the inconvenience.
