[Search] Windows XP sound restoration

Greetings! And I'm sorry if I messed up the Thread title or where I should post it...
I lost it... By casually deleting it without noticing and I also reinstalled my system so all it's changes were gone.
And despite searching through the history and download history - I just can't find it.
If anybody recognises what I'm talking about, please let me know.

A few weeks ago I managed to find an interesting program, single executable from what I remember - With it it installed all the sounds from Windows XP including Log In, Log Out, Startup (it played as it was loading the profile), Shutdown, all sounds related to context menu (I mean right click menu if I used wrong name) and of course the default sounds we can set without troubles ourselves without any tweaks into regedit or schedule planer.
I remember it just asking would I want to disable hybrid start to make sure the sounds would work.
It app icon was looking like classic menu start sounds icon.I lost it... By casually deleting it without noticing and I also reinstalled my system so all it's changes were gone.
