The Win11 build 708 has removed accent color chooser from Control Panel's "Personalization" sheet (it now redirects to Settings app). The file itself gets updated at this build, so if one patched it for Classic theme, it becomes non-patched again.
The advice is, if you use this personalization CP dialog, save it before updating to 708.
