Hi there. I'm actually first time to post to this forum. What is the best version of Windows 10 for classic theme? I'm currently on 2004. And I've heard that there are some ways to have classic theme and task bar but what is the best way?

The best that has support would be 1607/LTSB 2016 or 1507/LTSB 2015, but you can use anything that isn't 1803+.
Edit: In my opinion, the best way to use Classic Theme + Taskbar is SimpleClassicTheme and SimpleClassicThemeTaskbar.

Hello! Thanks for answer! So what is the best ATM for 1803+? Esp. for 1809? This damn W10 can complicate everything. What was wrong with build-in Classic Theme?

Anything above that is garbage (broken search in File Explorer). 1809 has broken file explorer in classic theme.

Because my GPU(RTX 2070S) is compatible with 1803 or higher.
I have installed classic theme on 1803, it looks like working well for now. Thanks for replying!

Im on the newest windows 10 just keep in mind visual c needs to be installed to run the classic contextmenu tweak and with startisback installed + classic3 thenw you can add THE classic clock reg tweak that will bring back the 7 clock as well u can download them over here www.howtogeek.com/257525/how-to-restore-the-old-clock-calendar-and-battery-on-the-windows-10-taskbar/Winaerotweaker does assume that you would never run startisback and does not have the classic clock reg tweak while it has the rest. Classic context menu will stay skinny until you rightclick a folderor a file in C: or D the desktop does not count unless its in a subfolder hope i helped u out

I don't know how can I make 1:1 windows 2000 or windows xp look like my windows 10 last version. Have you got a step by step guide in this forum? From what I understood from your post, you can just extract the dll files from the windows setup iso and edit them with resource hacker or any other editor. That's The Jackal 's setup. Current topic and First topic, both topics (almostly) explaining how it was made.
