for a long time i have been curious about the way that windhawk works.i know it uses the hook, but that's the biggest problem:sometimes it will lag behind.for example, the old system tray mod will take some time to load after startup your computer.so is there a way to install the function as a dll that can be injected to make it load immediately?

Windhawk works in exactly the way that you're proposing. A DLL is compiled and injected into the program as soon as it possibly can. Windhawk itself manages the injection, and does so by initially asynchronously hooking all programs that it's allowed to on the system. Processes spawned by these applications will be intercepted and have the mod DLLs loaded into them upon startup, but if Windhawk can't inject in this manner and the user still targets an application with a mod, then the mod will be injected asynchronously.
By default, Windhawk avoids hooking into certain critical system processes to avoid compromising system stability. You might find some success in turning off this failsafe and letting your mods inject into winlogon.exe.

See this is what I was talking about: See the white squared outline/boarder. It's very fin you can barely see it in Screenshots; however this is new this only came from an update in Summer 2024 for Windows 11 23H2. You can see it more clearly here, in Light Mode the outline/boarder is Black even I don't like this feature. I don't want any mods or 3rd party tools all my friend wants to do is turn this off via the Registry Editor. So if anyone has anyone clues or answers on how to turn off this annoying feature please let me know. Note: That I'm not using Windows 11 and I'm on Windows 10 which doesn't have the annoying feature.

I heard this is a theme thing, so no other way to remove it than using an older version of the theme file

Hi.
What's the best third-party clipboard manager for Windows 10? The built-in one allows to hold only 25 items at the moment, so I need something better.

Question: How to use classic theme on windows 10 in 2024? I want to know the latest methods which can work with more than 100% scaling also.

I heard this is a theme thing, so no other way to remove it than using an older version of the theme file Look at bottom reponse. Damn well that sucks than. It seems that all you have to do is replace the aero.theme and aero.msstyles files with the ones from 23h2 Okay guys my friend download the earlier version of Windows 11 prior to June 2024 update he download 7-Zip he extracted the files nd only got the boot files and not the OS files he doesn't feel like installing a whole OS just to grab a older version of the theme or even reinstalling his OS. So what now? Oh PS: Do the Aero Theme files really have to be exactly from an older build of Windows 11 23H2 or can they just be taken from Windows 11 22H2 cause I would get it if these files where taken from Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, or even 10 but its just taking Aero files from 1 version of Windows 11 which is very close the current version.
