I think the "Old BSOD" keeps the smiley BSOD while just showing the parameters in the top-left corner.

Hi all
When I install Simple Classic Theme 1.2.0. My internet tabs and other title bars is so small, and I was wondering. How do I fix this? I should reinstall Windows?

If you have High-DPI scaling, change it to 100% in settings, and then back to the default value.

I installed the windows classic theme on one of my servers and I absolutely love it... however, I need the windows 10 task manager back. Is there anyway I can get rid of the entire classic theme and just go back to the normal windows 10 theme?

Hi Is there any way to bring back the old Wifi icons on the taskbar from Windows 10 1507, 1511, 1607, 1703, 1709, 1803, and 1809? I mean like the asterisk on the Internet icon when not connected, an red "X" on the Internet icon, along with the yellow exclamation mark on the Wifi icon on the taskbar. Now on the Windows 10 May 2019 update, they have been replaced with a stupid globe with a no symbol. This is what i mean If theres a way to bring them back let me know

Edit pnidui.dll in Resource Hacker. Make sure to also have a older pnidui.dll to rip icons from.

Honestly, even the latest version works great. I am on it right now, but I think your best bet would be 1909 contrary to what some will say purely because of the C:\WINDOWS\systemresources folder which has .mun files. these are unprotected weird """shortcut"" files you can open it in a program like customizergod. you can even edit shell32.dll!

The best for Classic theme is Win NT 6.4, Win10 beta. Basically, it is like Win8.1, even the taskbar supports classic theme.

Windows 10 Beta I'm pretty sure has a timebomb like other betas and it won't support as much software or hardware as release Win10+. And I think this thread is asking about NT 10.0, not NT 6.4.

Win NT 10 differs from Win NT 6.4 in dropped support of classic theme. They had to do something to justify version change.

I think 1803 is final stable version of Windows 10 in case of using classic theme. Can I continue to use 1803 and receive only security updates? (like LTSB)

You can't. Security updates for 1809 won't work on 1803 and security updates for 1607 won't work on 1803.

It's either update to the next version of W10 or stay on the release you have now and risk your system with new viruses/vulnerabilities. Entirely up to you OP, but I'd suggest you just upgrade.
