I hate the forced UWP/Metro/Tablet UI in Windows 10/11, I wish they kept at least the Control Panel.

It's for Vista/7, but it works in 10 as well (so it should work in 11). Just make sure that you modify the shellstyle.dll in System32.

Use <Element padding="rect(0rp,0rp,0rp,-32rp)"/> instead of what is said in the guide.
