You can edit those strings in %windir%\Branding\Basebrd\en-US\basebrd.dll.mui. (or, if it even exists, the relevant locale folder, which for you would be it-IT). You may need to take ownership of the file first. Then open it in a resource editor like Resource Hacker, and modify the relevant strings, and save the file.

pritchard: Every time i reboot my computer (using Simple Classic Theme) window titlebars are windows 10 themed. Taskbar etc. are working though. I have to disable and re-enable in SCT :/ anyone else got this problem?
