I guess you already know about this, but using sud.dll and the MUI from 1703 will restore a barely working "Default Programs" control panel page. The file type association page actually works to change the default program, even though everything shows as "Unknown program". Additionally, you can restore ComputerDefaults.exe and the MUI for a classic Set Program Access and Computer Defaults page. Old ComputerDefaults.exe is not functional

I already tried this multiple times. The actual code for it was stored in shell32. sud.dll only holds the page code, not the main functionality. We can remove the non functional page link text and replace the icon with a transparent icon and also remove the page link from xaml file Modified files :View AttachmentView AttachmentUmm, all i'm getting is this

Improvements that possible to do lines that should be changed in 101 UI file , I don't have time for it , but you can change values to find a best placement for button and remove the space

Is there any way you can stop Set default apps redirecting to settings? yes but windows 10 1703 or older default apps page wont work on newer Windows 10 versions (1803 and above) and it will crash the control panel , that is the reason why I removed the set default apps page from sud.dll also older computerdefualts.exe (SPAD) is not functional on new windows 10 versions and you can only restore it for decoration , that is why I did not restore it and since in new windows 10 versions newer computerdefualts.exe will open (redirect) default apps page in settings I replaced it link text in sud.dll with Set your default apps using Windows Settings and changed it description

to restore home location and change display language settings the only way is write an utility application from scratch with similar functionality and familiar UI , to do all of these things without using windows settings (something like tbconf or Windows Update MiniTool), making such applications is so easy but if we want to make an app which able us to change windows display language our most challenging part is that , finding language pack files links for add "download language packs" feature to our application
