IIRC the Battery icon Mobility Center uses is stored in batmeter.dll

Thanks so much, it worked. By the way, thank you for all your work on classic theme, your tutorial is the only one that works on my newer version of Windows 10 and it's the only one that works without breaking, crashing, etc. Do you have any idea how I might fix my taskbar as I stated here under Edit 2? winclassic.net/post/13799/thread

How did you open it, I used to open it from control panel but it is not there I have it in Control Panel menu (23h2): I don’t have it in the actual control panel and I don’t have a custom start menu to show the flyout
